Terms and conditions
By booking a non-refundable rate, the guest agrees to the following conditions:
ADVANCE PAYMENT
The full amount of the stay/service will be charged at the time of booking. Payment is required to confirm the reservation.
INVOICING
The invoice will be issued after payment has been received.
For business invoices, all company details must be provided at the time of booking (company name, full address, VAT number and/or tax ID, recipient code/PEC).
If no specific billing information is provided, the invoice will be automatically issued in the name of the reservation holder, using the personal details submitted during the booking process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no full or partial refund will be granted.
FORCE MAJEURE
In extraordinary situations (e.g. natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions), please contact the property directly. Any exceptions will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the management and are not guaranteed.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing the reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
