Just with a 5 minute walk, you can reach the famous Corso Buenos Aires, the hub of Milanese shopping and of the many bargains. Immediately below the house you will find the entrance to the red line underground "Pasteur", supermarkets (Carrefour immediately below the house), numerous bars, Italian high quality patisseries like Scaringi and Middle Eastern (La Rosa di Tunisi), known to be among the best of Milan. You can also find many ethnic restaurants in the same area, where you can eat for a few euros, even after midnight. There are a lot of mini markets or you can visit the market of Termopoli on Friday.
