It is also suitable for out-of-office workers, since it is only 1 minute from the Sant'Agostino metro station which allows you to reach any part of the city in few minutes.

Location and surroundings

The apartment is located in a nice residential area where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance. At 1 minute walk we find the Metro station “Green Line M2 Sant'Agostino”. With a 5-minute walk you can reach the famous area of Navigli and the new Darsena (dock), one of the hearts of the nightlife of Milan, where you can enjoy excellent aperitifs or typical dinners in the many restaurants overlooking the Naviglio.



Apartment

The apartment is a luxurious penthouse, consisting of a living area with a table, 4 chairs, a smart TV and a double sofa bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes and pots. In the room we find the double bed, a large wardrobe and, the bathroom with WC, bidet and shower.
In one of the terraces of the apartment there is a small table with 2 chairs, perfect to enjoy an aperitif at sunset, enjoying the view of the beautiful city.
The apartment is served by an elevator that goes up to the fifth floor (so there is a flight of stairs to climb on foot).

They are also available free of charge: WiFi, hairdryer, smart TV, air conditioning.

Please note that for a check-in after 8PM a cash surcharge of Euro 20.00 is required to be paid upon arrival. The standard out-of-hours check-in must always be agreed beforehand.

It is also required pay of the tourist tax by cash, equal to Euro 3.00 per person, per night.
